Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for SeatConsole software services and for event tickets processed through SeatConsole.

1. SeatConsole Software Services

SeatConsole provides ticketing, reservation, reserved seating, box office, payment support, and reporting software for live entertainment venues and event businesses.

Fees paid directly to SeatConsole for software services, setup, onboarding, support, configuration, or subscription access are generally non-refundable once work has started or service access has been provided.

2. Billing Errors

If a customer believes they were charged in error, they should contact SeatConsole within 7 days of the charge.

We will review billing error requests and determine whether a correction, refund, or account adjustment is appropriate.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of SeatConsole software services by contacting:

support@seatconsole.com

Cancellation timing, final billing, data access, and service end dates may depend on the customer’s agreement with SeatConsole.

Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid for setup, onboarding, configuration, completed work, or service periods that have already started.

4. Event Ticket Refunds and Venue Policies

Each theater, venue, event organizer, or ticket seller may have its own refund, exchange, cancellation, no-show, weather, and rescheduling policies.

SeatConsole provides software and payment tools that venues may use to sell and manage tickets. SeatConsole does not set or control each venue’s ticket refund or cancellation policy unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Ticket buyers should review the refund and cancellation policy provided by the specific venue or event organizer before purchasing tickets.

For ticket refund questions, ticket buyers should contact the venue or event organizer listed on their ticket, receipt, confirmation page, or purchase communication.

5. Event Cancellations or Changes

If an event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or changed, the specific venue or event organizer is responsible for determining whether ticket holders are eligible for refunds, exchanges, credits, or other remedies.

SeatConsole does not independently guarantee refunds for event cancellations, postponements, schedule changes, cast changes, weather issues, travel issues, customer no-shows, or other venue-related matters.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment method, payment processor, card network, and financial institution.
