1. About SeatConsole
SeatConsole provides ticketing, reservation, reserved seating, box office, customer management, payment support, and reporting software for live entertainment venues and event businesses.
SeatConsole is a software provider. SeatConsole does not operate events, set event prices, control venue policies, or make venue refund decisions unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
2. Use of Services
Customers may use SeatConsole only for lawful business purposes related to ticketing, reservations, venue operations, and event management.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all event information, ticket prices, taxes, discounts, customer records, refund rules, and venue policies entered into SeatConsole are accurate and lawful.
Customers may not use SeatConsole for fraud, illegal activity, unauthorized payment processing, misleading ticket sales, or any activity that violates applicable laws or payment processor requirements.
3. Accounts and Access
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account access, passwords, users, and permissions.
Customers are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account.
SeatConsole may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used improperly, unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that creates risk for SeatConsole, customers, venues, payment processors, or the public.
4. Payments
SeatConsole may support payment processing through third-party providers such as Stripe.
Payment processing is subject to the terms, fees, review, approval, and requirements of the applicable payment processor.
SeatConsole does not store full credit card numbers.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of charges, ticket prices, fees, taxes, refunds, and payment information entered into the platform.
5. Event Tickets and Venue Policies
Venues and event organizers are responsible for their own event details, seating layouts, ticket prices, availability, refund policies, cancellation policies, and customer service decisions.
SeatConsole may provide the software tools used to manage or process ticket transactions, but the venue or event organizer remains responsible for the event and its customers unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for SeatConsole software services are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds for event tickets are controlled by the venue or event organizer unless otherwise stated.
If a customer believes a charge was made in error, they should contact SeatConsole at support@seatconsole.com.
7. Service Availability
SeatConsole works to provide reliable software services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Service may be limited or unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party provider outages, payment processor issues, internet outages, or events outside our control.
8. Customer Data
SeatConsole may collect and process information needed to provide ticketing, reservation, payment support, reporting, and customer management services.
Use of customer data is described in our Privacy Policy.
