Effective October 31, 2026

These terms apply to anything you buy through a SeatConsole checkout — online, at a box office, kiosk or camp store.

Who you are buying from

The venue named at checkout and on your confirmation — the theater, campground or event organizer — is the seller of your tickets, bookings, rentals, passes and items. SeatConsole provides the checkout software to the venue; it is not the seller, and your purchase is a contract between you and the venue. The venue is responsible for the event or stay, its admission rules, and its refund and cancellation policy.

Prices, fees and taxes

The price you see when you pick a seat, campsite, rental or item is the full price, including every mandatory fee. Sales or lodging tax, and any optional add-ons or shipping you choose, are shown before you pay. The amount on the Pay button is the amount you are charged.

Your order

Seats and sites are held for you only for a short time while you check out; a hold is not a purchase. Your order is complete when your payment is confirmed and you receive a confirmation number. Check your seats, dates, quantities and contact details before you pay — the venue’s policy decides whether anything can be changed afterwards.

Refunds, exchanges and cancellations

The venue sets its refund, exchange and cancellation policy. It is shown before you pay and on your confirmation. Unless that policy says otherwise, all sales are final. If the venue cancels an event or stay, or changes it materially, the venue will offer a refund or exchange under its policy and the law. Contact the venue first with any problem — its phone and email are on your confirmation. SeatConsole does not decide refunds; SeatConsole’s own Refund & Cancellation Policy covers only software services bought from SeatConsole. Please do not dispute a charge with your bank before contacting the venue; a chargeback on an order that was delivered can void the tickets or booking.

Tickets, delivery and admission

Tickets are delivered by email and ticket link unless the venue says otherwise. Some discounted tickets must be picked up at the box office with photo ID, as stated when you buy. A ticket link admits whoever presents it first, so keep it private. The venue’s rules of admission apply: it may refuse entry or remove a person for conduct, and it may move you to comparable seats for operational reasons. Resale above face value is prohibited where the law or the venue prohibits it. Accessible (wheelchair and companion) seats are marked on the seat map; contact the venue if you need help choosing them.

Campground bookings and rentals

Check-in and check-out times, occupancy limits, pet, fire and quiet-hour rules are set by the campground and shown with your booking. River and weather conditions can change a float or rental; the campground’s policy says what happens then. Any waiver the campground requires must be signed before you or your party take part, and you are responsible for everyone on your booking.

Payment, age, your details and marketing

  • Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying you authorize the charge for the total shown. The charge appears on your card statement under the venue’s name as set up with Stripe.

  • Age: you must be 18 or older to buy, or have a parent or guardian buy for you.

  • Your details: give accurate contact information. Confirmations and tickets go to the email address you enter, and it is your job to check it.

  • Marketing emails from the venue are optional — you opt in at checkout and can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled.

SeatConsole’s role and limits

SeatConsole runs the checkout for the venue and is not responsible for the event, the stay, admission decisions or the venue’s refund decisions. The checkout is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, SeatConsole’s liability to you for anything connected with a purchase is limited to the total you paid on that order, and SeatConsole is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights the law does not let us limit.

Disputes

Missouri law applies. Disputes with SeatConsole are brought in the state or federal courts for the Missouri county where Sade & Sally LLC has its principal office, unless the law of your state gives you the right to sue where you live.

Changes and contact

The version of these terms shown at checkout when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase. Questions about these terms: support@seatconsole.com. Questions about your order: the venue, using the contact details on your confirmation.
